My mother is a long term resident of Kimberly Hall south. They have provided nothing but Extraordinary professional services towards my mother’s needs. I am pleased with their communication transparency, updates, and resolve of issues that may arise. The fact that I am an only child, I have always regretted the idea of placing my mother into a nursing home. Due to medical issues , I had no choice, and we moved up here from New Haven County. The Kimberly Hall South team, is the closest physical family that my mother has besides myself, every since the beginning of the pandemic. The team has been very vigilant with dealing with the pandemic as well. I respect all of their safety guidelines that they have in place, which lead to their present day success of safety.
